Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and well-presented. Cook simple meals or assist in meal preparation when required. Conduct carpet cleaning and maintenance to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Provide custodial services in commercial or residential settings, adhering to established cleaning protocols. Respond promptly to customer requests and maintain a friendly demeanor while interacting with clients. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and moving for extended periods.
