Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Housekeeper, where your dedication to cleanliness and guest satisfaction will shine! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout our hotel rooms, public areas, and facilities. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, lobbies, and other public spaces according to established standards Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and perform carpet care to maintain pristine flooring throughout the property Handle janitorial tasks such as waste removal, dusting, window cleaning, and surface disinfecting with precision and care Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are used efficiently and stored properly Follow all health and safety regulations related to industrial cleaning, custodial procedures, and hotel policies Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping within a hotel or hospitality setting preferred Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing surfaces Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, bending, and reaching Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality cleanliness standards Familiarity with hospitality industry practices and customer service principles is advantageous Prior experience with industrial cleaning equipment or custodial management is a plus A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments Join us in creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional cleanliness!
