Salary/rate:

$17-$19/hour Join our growing team as a Full-Time Housekeeper at one of our high-rise apartment buildings in downtown Cincinnati! We are seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven professional passionate about delivering exceptional cleanliness and customer service.

Responsibilities:

Clean and tidy all common areas, interior and exterior, to the standard of cleanliness. Perform turn cleans in unoccupied apartments. Maintain a modest schedule of cleaning services to occupied apartments. Deliver excellent customer service. Communicate any complaints or additional cleaning needs to the direct supervisor. Keep cleaning equipment and supplies fully stocked and in good condition. Report any damage to the building, apartments, or otherwise, to the direct supervisor. Assist maintenance teams with the cleanliness of trash rooms, as directed by the supervisor. Comply with all safety requirements and requests. All other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications:

Valid Driver's License Required Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning required; prior experience in multi-family housekeeping preferred. Ability to work in a downtown Cincinnati location. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently. Follow all Fair Housing laws and established policies and procedures. Prioritization and time management skills Professionalism and attention to detail As a condition of employment, satisfactory background and MVR checks are required.
