This is not currently a high-hour position. At this time, we service approximately 2-3 residential homes per week. We are looking for someone who is comfortable starting with limited daytime hours and wants the opportunity to take on additional homes and hours as our residential business grows. Position Overview As a Residential House Cleaner , you will help provide consistent, high-quality cleaning services in our clients' homes. This position is ideal for someone looking for part-time daytime work who is dependable, detail-oriented, and interested in growing into a larger role over time. You will work alongside the owner and/or another team member as needed while learning Grace Cleaning Company's residential cleaning system. Responsibilities Professionally clean residential homes Clean and sanitize kitchens and bathrooms Dust and wipe surfaces Vacuum carpets and rugs Sweep and mop hard floors Clean bedrooms and common areas Follow company cleaning checklists and procedures Properly use cleaning products, supplies, and equipment Complete assigned areas within the expected cleaning time Check your work before leaving each home Respect clients' homes, belongings, and privacy Report damages, concerns, or supply needs Maintain a professional appearance and attitude Work independently and as part of a team What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Available during daytime weekday hours Dependable and punctual Detail-oriented Honest and trustworthy Comfortable working inside clients' homes Able to follow a consistent cleaning system Willing to receive feedback and training Able to work efficiently without sacrificing quality Professional and respectful Interested in growing with a small business Previous professional cleaning experience is helpful, but not required. Training will be provided.

Hours & Growth We want to be transparent about the hours available. We currently clean approximately 2-3 residential homes per week, so starting hours will be limited. However, Grace Cleaning Company is actively working to grow our residential client base. Our goal is to find someone now who can learn our system, build trust with our clients, and gradually take on more responsibility as new homes are added to the schedule. This could be a great fit if you are looking for additional daytime income now but would like the opportunity for more consistent hours in the future. Additional hours are expected to become available as our client list grows, but a specific number of future hours is not guaranteed.
