Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and an eye for detail, making it essential for the overall guest experience. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Execute floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens as needed. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly. Follow established housekeeping protocols to maintain hygiene standards in accordance with hospitality regulations. Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by housekeeping management. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner. Experience Previous experience in industrial cleaning or hospitality settings is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices and custodial duties is advantageous. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and floor care methods is beneficial. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
