Hotel Housekeeper - Full-Time Home2 Suites by Hilton - Dublin, Ohio Home2 Suites by Hilton is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Full-Time Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming accommodations for every guest. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a positive, professional attitude. Weekend availability is required. Key Responsibilities Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel and Hilton cleanliness standards Make beds and replace linens and towels Clean bathrooms, kitchens, floors, furniture, and other room surfaces Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop guest rooms Replenish toiletries, towels, coffee supplies, and other guest-room amenities Remove trash and transport used linens to the appropriate area Inspect rooms for maintenance concerns, damage, or missing items and report them promptly Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, storage areas, and assigned workspaces Follow hotel procedures for guest belongings and lost-and-found items Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with guests Assist with additional housekeeping or hotel duties as needed Qualifications Previous hotel housekeeping or professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required Reliable attendance and punctuality Strong attention to detail Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety standards Professional appearance and respectful attitude Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift Ability to lift and carry housekeeping supplies, linens, and equipment Ability to push and maneuver a housekeeping cart Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks in a fast-paced environment Schedule Full-time position Morning and daytime shifts Weekend availability is required Holiday availability may be required based on hotel occupancy and scheduling needs What We Offer Consistent full-time hours Supportive and professional team environment On-the-job training Opportunities to grow within the hotel Home2 Suites is committed to providing a welcoming environment for both our guests and team members.
