Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and common areas Conduct detailed floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items Ensure sanitation standards are met by disinfecting surfaces, fixtures, and high-touch areas regularly Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' specific cleaning requests promptly and professionally Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, and carpet cleaning methods Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending frequently Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality cleanliness standards Good communication skills to interact effectively with residents or guests and team members Experience with laundry services and basic household maintenance is a plus Prior housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not required Join us if you're passionate about creating spotless environments where comfort and hygiene are prioritized!
