Housekeeping Staff Legends Recovery Center is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and compassionate Housekeeping Staff member to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients and staff.

[Add Location] Responsibilities Clean and sanitize client rooms, bathrooms, common areas, offices, hallways, and other assigned areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces. Empty trash and dispose of waste according to facility procedures. Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces. Change linens and restock towels, toiletries, and housekeeping supplies. Assist with laundry duties as needed. Maintain and properly store housekeeping equipment and supplies. Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, spills, or damaged equipment to management. Follow proper procedures for using and storing cleaning chemicals. Follow all facility, sanitation, infection-control, and safety guidelines. Maintain client privacy and confidentiality at all times. Maintain appropriate professional boundaries when interacting with clients. Complete assigned cleaning schedules and checklists. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred. Experience in a healthcare, behavioral health, residential treatment, or similar setting is a plus. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment. Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures. Professional and respectful communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriate boundaries. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the workday. Ability to lift and carry housekeeping supplies and equipment.
