Property Management / Operations Supervisor Position Overview The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents, guests, and staff. This role upholds the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation within a luxury residential community. The ideal candidate will have a meticulous eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Resident Service & Quality Care Provide residents with quality service in a clean and safe environment. Maintain the highest degree of resident satisfaction through consistent, detail-oriented work. Uphold property standards, policies, and procedures while seeking continuous improvement. Cleaning & Maintenance Duties Perform daily cleaning of common areas, hallways, restrooms, amenity spaces, and other designated areas. Conduct room and area inspections to ensure cleanliness meets luxury standards. Safely handle and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment. Supervision & Task Management Assist in supervising the housekeeping team by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performance. Prioritize daily responsibilities to meet deadlines and maintain efficient operations. Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly to management. Requirements Thorough knowledge of housekeeping processes, procedures, and best practices. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, luxury environment. Strong communication and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
