In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of sanitation, comfort, and safety in guest rooms and public areas. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure an exceptional experience for every visitor, making their stay memorable and enjoyable. Duties Clean and disinfect guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces following established protocols to ensure sanitation and hygiene standards are met. Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities to provide a fresh and comfortable environment. Perform window cleaning and floor care to maintain a spotless appearance in all areas. Handle laundry services efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing. Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, pressure washers, and chemical sprayers safely and effectively. Maintain proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during all cleaning tasks to ensure safety. Conduct janitorial tasks such as trash removal, surface polishing, and sanitation of high-touch areas to prevent infection transmission. Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to cleaning supplies or furniture movement while adhering to manual handling guidelines. Ensure all cleaning supplies and chemicals are stored correctly and used according to safety regulations. Support custodial operations by maintaining equipment functionality and reporting any maintenance needs promptly. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with knowledge of commercial cleaning standards. Strong understanding of sanitation procedures, infection control practices, and chemical handling safety protocols. Skilled in the use of various cleaning equipment including vacuums, pressure washers, and floor care tools. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking. Experience with laundry services and window cleaning techniques is preferred.
