Your Mission As a Housekeeper, you will transform guest rooms and resort spaces into welcoming retreats by: Cleaning and preparing guest rooms to Five Star standards Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and polishing guest spaces Restocking linens, toiletries, and guest amenities Maintaining clean and inviting hallways, public areas, and common spaces Identifying maintenance concerns and reporting them promptly Managing cleaning supplies and notifying leadership when inventory needs replenished Delivering quality work efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail Supporting teammates and contributing to a positive, team-focused culture Providing the "Best Yes" approach when assisting guests and fellow team members What Makes You Successful This position is ideal for someone who: Is a self-starter who takes ownership of their work without constant supervision Has a strong work ethic and can stay productive throughout the day Takes pride in doing the job right the first time Has an eye for detail and notices the little things that create a great guest experience Enjoys working independently while also being a dependable team player Can work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment Is committed to creating exceptional experiences for every guest Understands that cleanliness is one of the most important factors in guest satisfaction Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is a plus, but a positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to excellence are what matter most. Compensation & Training Training is paid at an hourly rate. After training, compensation transitions to a room-based pay structure.
