Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures to ensure a hygienic environment. Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, carpet cleaners, and floor polishers with proper handling techniques for safety and effectiveness. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures meticulously across all surfaces and areas to meet health standards. Use cleaning detergents appropriately while adhering to safety guidelines for handling chemicals. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs and provide excellent customer service throughout each visit. Prioritize time management to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining high-quality standards. Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all equipment is properly maintained for optimal performance. Experience Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles, demonstrating familiarity with various cleaning techniques and equipment operation. Knowledge of janitorial and custodial procedures, including sanitation standards and surface care protocols. Strong understanding of cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and safe chemical handling practices. Ability to manage time effectively while completing multiple tasks. Physical capability for manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods is essential.
