Royalton Reserve is an independent assisted living facility dedicated to providing excellent care for our resident and creating a great work environment for our staff. Being non-corporate, we operate as a close-knit team, often sharing family meals and including our staff in various activities. We do not rely on agency staff to maintain continuity; instead, our own staff pick up shifts to ensure adequate staffing. Royalton Reserve Assisted Living is looking for an experienced housekeeping attendant. Must be detail oriented, a team player, and have a passion for helping the elderly population! Responsibilities Clean and tidy all assigned areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits Deliver excellent customer service Report on any shortages, damages or security issues Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required Check stocking levels Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws
