Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to ensure a pristine environment. Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to maintain hygiene standards. Clean floors thoroughly using floor cleaning techniques such as sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to uphold floor care excellence. Maintain the cleanliness of surfaces such as countertops, appliances, bathroom fixtures, and furniture with attention to detail. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service. Manage time effectively to complete scheduled tasks within designated timeframes without compromising quality. Follow housekeeping management guidelines to ensure consistent standards across all client homes. Experience Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred, but not necessary. Experience with janitorial or custodial work demonstrates a strong understanding of cleaning protocols and equipment use. Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members enhances service quality. Strong time management skills are necessary to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
