Clean Team Inc. is seeking two dependable and compassionate Part-Time Cleaners to help maintain a hospice facility in Perrysburg, Ohio. This is more than simply keeping a building clean. ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Hospice Facility Cleaner, you will help maintain a clean, safe, peaceful, and respectful environment for patients, families, visitors, and staff. The right person for this position understands that cleaning in a hospice setting is different from cleaning a typical commercial building. You may work around patients and families during sensitive moments. Compassion and respect are essential, but so are professionalism, discretion, and appropriate emotional boundaries. Your work may happen quietly in the background, but it plays an important role in providing a comfortable and dignified environment for everyone in the facility.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Clean and sanitize assigned patient, office, restroom, and common areas Maintain a quiet and respectful presence while working around patients and families Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Dust furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces Empty trash and replace liners Restock soap, paper products, and other supplies Follow site-specific healthcare cleaning and sanitation procedures Maintain cleaning equipment, carts, and supplies Respect patient, family, and facility privacy at all times Report supply, equipment, or facility concerns to management
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Compassionate and respectful demeanor Emotional maturity and appropriate professional boundaries Ability to work comfortably and professionally in a hospice environment Strong sense of discretion and respect for privacy Dependable and punctual attendance Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and follow instructions Must be at least 18 years of age Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation required Ability to stand, bend, reach, lift, and move throughout the shift Previous healthcare, hospice, medical facility, or commercial cleaning experience is helpful, but not required
