In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and overall facility upkeep within the clubhouse area. Your efforts will ensure a safe, comfortable, and attractive space that enhances the community experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a well-maintained environment while demonstrating your skills in cleaning, custodial services, and facilities maintenance. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all clubhouse areas including lobbies, restrooms, lounges, and recreational spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemical agents Handle custodial tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors with floor buffers and floor care equipment when needed to ensure surfaces are spotless and safe Maintain sanitation standards by properly handling chemical agents following safety protocols and safety procedure guidelines Conduct manual handling of cleaning supplies, furniture, and equipment in accordance with safe lifting practices Operate commercial cleaning tools such as floor buffers, vacuums, and scrubbers to uphold high standards of cleanliness and floor care Restock supplies like paper products, soap dispensers, and cleaning materials to ensure continuous availability for members. Perform routine inspections of the clubhouse to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards, reporting issues promptly for facilities upkeep Qualifications Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles with a focus on commercial or industrial cleaning environments Familiarity with cleaning procedures involving chemical handling safety procedures and sanitation standards Ability to operate cleaning equipment including floor buffers and other custodial tools effectively Strong understanding of safety protocol adherence during chemical handling, and equipment operation Excellent customer service skills with a friendly approach towards residents and staff Prior experience in facilities maintenance or residential painting is a plus but not required Physical ability to perform manual tasks involving prolonged standing or walking Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication to cleanliness directly impacts the comfort and safety of our community.
