Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and residents' clothing. Use appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment safely while adhering to safety guidelines for manual handling and heavy lifting. Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, buffing, and applying protective treatments to preserve flooring quality. Conduct outdoor work such as patio or balcony cleaning when necessary to uphold overall property cleanliness. Communicate effectively with residents or clients to understand their specific needs and provide friendly, professional service at all times. Experience Previous janitorial or custodial experience is highly desirable, especially in residential or hospitality settings. Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and other janitorial tools. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, dusting techniques, and sanitation practices to ensure thorough cleanliness. Experience with laundry operations including sorting, washing with appropriate detergents, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards throughout your shift. Outdoor work experience is a plus for handling exterior cleaning tasks confidently.
