Mid-Level Shift/Schedule Requirements:

Ability to work various shifts and days including nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs. Assist with various functions of the restaurant, seat guests, take food to the table, bus tables, and assist with dish washing as needed. Maintain an outgoing, friendly disposition while interacting with our guests. Provide guest service according to Cedar Point standards Duties and responsibilities of setting up and tearing down banquet functions. Follow diagram of room set with tables, chairs, podiums, bars, and buffets. Set room to those diagrams. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, during and after events, including sweeping rooms.. Clear rooms, and or clean out rooms after banquet events, including taking out trash. Act as bar back for banquet events, stocking and running product for bars. Understand and follow standard operation procedures. •
