Our Cleveland-Solon location is seeking a dependable Part-Time Public Area Attendant who takes pride in cleanliness, attention to detail, and providing exceptional hospitality. This role is essential in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our public spaces while supporting a positive guest experience. Position Summary The Public Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas throughout the hotel. This position helps ensure guests enjoy a safe, clean, and inviting environment by performing routine cleaning duties, restocking supplies, and responding to hotel needs while upholding Hampton by Hilton and Hilton brand standards. Responsibilities Clean and maintain all public areas, including the lobby, breakfast area, hallways, elevators, restrooms, fitness center, and meeting spaces Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize designated areas throughout the property Restock guest and public restroom supplies as needed Remove trash and recyclables from public spaces and designated collection areas Monitor public areas to ensure cleanliness and promptly address any issues Assist housekeeping and other departments as needed to support hotel operations Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or repair needs to management Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in an organized and safe manner Follow all hotel cleanliness, safety, and brand standards Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous hotel housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Positive, professional, and dependable attitude Ability to work independently and efficiently Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Benefits Competitive hourly pay Hilton Team Member travel discounts Paid training and provided uniform Career growth opportunities within Hilton-branded hotels Supportive, team-oriented work environment Schedule Part-time, approximately 16-20 hours per week Daytime and evening shifts available Weekend and holiday availability may be required Work Location On-site at Hampton by Hilton Cleveland-Solon 6035 Enterprise Pkwy, Solon, OH 44139 Hampton by Hilton is an equal opportunity employer.
