Position Details:

Part-time position

• designed to provide supplemental income (NOT a full-time position) $20
• 22/hour starting pay (based on experience and skill level) Weekly pay, plus client tips & performance bonuses Independent contractor (1099) position (health benefits not included) Flexible scheduling (Weekdays Only)
• appointments are typically between 9:00 AM-12:00 PM or 12:00 PM-3:00 PM At least one year of professional residential cleaning experience preferred.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced cleaners looking to add quality, recurring appointments to their schedule. Service areas include Aurora, Streetsboro, Mantua, Chagrin Falls, Kent, Stow, Ravenna, Rootstown, with occasional appointments in surrounding communities.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation and active auto insurance Provide and maintain your own cleaning supplies (a basic supply list will be provided) Able to work independently while managing your time efficiently Follow Fresh & Friendly's cleaning systems, checklists, and quality standards to ensure every client receives a consistently exceptional experience Professional, warm, and respectful with every client and every home Strong communication skills and willingness to receive feedback as we continue growing together Must pass a background check prior to hiring Drug
