In this lively role, you will be responsible for managing guest belongings, coordinating bag storage and retrieval, and providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a seamless and enjoyable experience for visitors of all ages, contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of our resort or entertainment venue. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with their bag storage needs efficiently. Manage the check-in and check-out process for guest belongings, ensuring accurate record-keeping and security. Maintain a clean, organized, and secure bag room or storage area at all times. Take care of Driving Range and other amenities throughout the golf course. Stock/ Set Up golf carts in accordance with the tee sheet Resolve conflicts or concerns promptly, maintaining a positive guest experience at all times. Skills Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully. Excellent customer service and guest relations abilities. Ability to work effectively with children and diverse groups of guests. Public speaking skills to assist in guest announcements or event coordination.
