Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service. Maintain cleaning equipment in good condition, ensuring proper use and timely replacement or repairs as needed. Communicate with the owner, respecting policies and procedures that are in place Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management with background preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and sanitation standards. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and proper handling of cleaning supplies. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes. Ability to perfor lifting safely and handle manual tasks Good communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration. From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 20.0 per week
