Weekends required About Us Aloft Columbus Westerville is a modern, style-forward hotel with 99 guest rooms, an indoor pool, a 24-hour fitness center, and our W XYZ® bar, located near Easton Town Center and Polaris Fashion Place. We're looking for a reliable, energetic Housekeeping Houseman to help keep our hotel guest-ready and support our housekeeping team. About the Role The Houseman keeps public areas clean, delivers linens and supplies, and makes sure our room attendants have what they need to work efficiently. No hotel experience is required; we'll train the right person. Responsibilities Clean and maintain the lobby, hallways, elevators, stairwells, pool area, fitness center, and public restrooms Deliver clean linens, towels, and guest amenities to room attendants and guest rooms Collect and remove soiled linens and trash from floors and housekeeping carts Restock housekeeping closets, carts, and storage areas Vacuum, mop, dust, and spot-clean throughout the property Assist with laundry operations as needed Respond promptly to guest and team member requests Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items to your supervisor Follow all safety, security, and chemical handling procedures Requirements Weekend availability required (Saturday and Sunday) Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs for an entire shift Reliable attendance and transportation Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team Hotel housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience is a plus but not required What We Offer Medical Insurance PTO Availability Marriott International is an equal opportunity employer.
