In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining pristine guest rooms and public areas, creating a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to exceptional service. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest units (2 & 3 Bedroom Mobile Homes, Cabins), bathrooms, and public spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment Handle various cleaning agents and chemicals safely, adhering to safety data sheets (SDS) and chemical handling protocols Sweep and mop floors, and perform floor care to maintain a spotless appearance Manually lift and move furniture or supplies as needed, ensuring proper ergonomic practices for heavy lifting tasks Restock amenities, linens, and supplies in guest units efficiently while maintaining high standards of sanitation Follow company emergency procedures promptly in case of incidents or safety concerns Maintain cleanliness standards by inspecting work areas regularly and reporting maintenance issues promptly Qualifications Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is highly preferred, including janitorial or industrial cleaning experience Knowledge of floor cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and the use of cleaning equipment Ability to handle chemical agents safely and responsibly while adhering to safety data sheets (SDS) guidelines Strong manual handling skills with physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members Familiarity with housekeeping management procedures, including safety protocols and emergency response procedures Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
