Position Overview Holiday Inn Roberts Centre is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Full-Time Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. This position is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Schedule Full-Time Position 40 hours per week Weekend and holiday availability required Schedule based on hotel occupancy and business needs Essential Duties & Responsibilities Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards. Make beds, change linens, and replenish room amenities. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, guest areas, and room surfaces. Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures. Remove trash and transport soiled linens to designated areas. Inspect rooms for quality and report maintenance concerns promptly. Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies. Ensure all assigned rooms are completed within established productivity standards. Follow all hotel safety and sanitation procedures. Provide courteous and professional interactions with guests and team members. Qualifications Previous housekeeping, hotel, or cleaning experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift up to 30 pounds throughout the shift. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
