Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred, but we are willing to train dependable candidates with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Position Summary The Room Attendant plays an important role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring guest rooms and assigned areas are cleaned and maintained to Hilton brand standards. This position is responsible for cleaning guest rooms, restocking supplies, reporting maintenance concerns, and helping maintain a clean and welcoming environment throughout the hotel. Responsibilities Clean guest rooms thoroughly according to Hilton brand standards Change bed linens and replace towels and guest amenities Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms Restock housekeeping carts and supplies throughout each shift Report maintenance issues or damaged items to management promptly Ensure guest rooms are properly staged and ready for arrivals Follow safety procedures and proper handling of cleaning chemicals Maintain productivity while ensuring quality and attention to detail Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, professional, and dependable Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds Must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Benefits Competitive hourly pay Hilton team member travel discounts Paid training Career growth opportunities Supportive team environment Schedule Full-time 40 hours per week Weekend and holiday availability may be required Work Location Hampton by Hilton Youngstown Boardman 7395 Tiffany South Poland, OH 44514 Hampton by Hilton is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace for all team members.
