Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels to ensure guest comfort. Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures with attention to detail. Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate department promptly. Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment and chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe environment. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods comfortably. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required. Good communication skills to understand instructions clearly and report issues effectively.
