ALL FULL TIME POSITIONS
In addition to your pay, your salary also includes Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. The Biweekly deduction from employee paycheck is $40.00 for Employee Only, $95.00 Employee plus Children, $120.00 Employee plus Spouse, and $140.00 Employee plus family. CPN Child Care employees will be assigned to care for Indian Children and will require a criminal history background screening. This position will be for Child Care Development - After School Program.
JOB SUMMARY
To maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the facilities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsible for performing general housekeeping duties which include vacuum, sweeping, mop, dust, clean windows, pull trash, clean/disinfect bathrooms, and help maintain storage areas. Outside duties include pick up trash in both parking lots, playground, sidewalks, and trash bins in all locations of child care center. Other duties include moving heavy items such as office furniture, file cabinets and displays; loading and unloading newly bought items; painting, operate some heavy equipment(s), maintain all heating and air units. Responsible for set up and assistance at all events.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
: Perform other duties and projects as required by Administration and Management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION
Must have a High School diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to complete job tasks in a timely manner. Ability to use standard janitorial supplies and equipment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Sitting or standing or walking for long periods of time; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking, hearing, and visual acuity.
WORKING CONDITIONS
: Normal office environment Outside environment (hot weather and cold weather)
