Job Summary Dominion Gardens & Hotel is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Hotel & Venue Housekeeper to help maintain the beautiful, historic property and ensure every guest and event client has an exceptional experience. This position is responsible for maintaining guest rooms, event spaces, public areas, restrooms, and other areas of the property to Dominion Gardens & Hotel's high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality. Key Responsibilities Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms. Replenish towels, linens, toiletries, and other guest amenities. Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the hotel's lobby, hallways, restrooms, and common areas. Clean, reset, and prepare event spaces before and after weddings, corporate events, and other functions. Assist with post-event cleanup and ensure event areas are returned to a clean and orderly condition. Complete laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Maintain cleanliness of outdoor and guest-facing areas as assigned. Respond to guest requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. Report maintenance issues, damage, safety concerns, or supply shortages to management. Properly use and store cleaning products, equipment, and supplies. Follow all company safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures. Properly document and turn in lost-and-found items. Assist other departments as needed to support the overall guest and event experience. Qualifications Previous hotel, venue, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a beautiful, clean environment. Dependable, organized, and able to manage time effectively. Ability to work independently while also being a positive team member. Friendly, professional, and guest-service-oriented demeanor. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, particularly before and after events. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 lbs. as required. Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to pass a background check. Reliable transportation to and from Dominion Gardens & Hotel. Must be available to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and varying shifts based on hotel occupancy and scheduled events. Pay:

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
