Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented full-time/ part-time Housekeeping Staff to join our team. The Housekeeping staff is responsible for performing the day-to-day activities of housekeeping as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing. Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and other public areas. Ensure all assigned areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner. Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols. Properly use and maintain cleaning products and equipment. Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary environment. Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor. Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial work is a plus but not required. Working knowledge and proper use of cleaning products and equipment. Basic understanding of infection control protocols. Customer service-oriented attitude. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
