Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment. Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by housekeeping management. Uphold hospitality standards by providing exceptional service to guests. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles is preferred but will train the right person Familiarity with hotel or hospitality environments is a plus. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A positive attitude and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
