Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and surface cleaning to ensure a pristine environment Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various flooring surfaces to keep them in excellent condition Conduct outdoor work as needed, including patio or porch cleaning and debris removal to uphold overall property appearance Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within scheduled windows while maintaining high-quality standards Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests or concerns Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles, with janitorial or custodial experience preferred Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor cleaning techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively Familiarity with cleaning detergents and supplies, ensuring proper handling and storage Physical capability for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and outdoor work activities Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their needs Valid experience in floor care and outdoor maintenance is a plus Prior housekeeping management experience is advantageous for supervisory roles Join our team as a Housekeeper where your skills will directly impact the comfort and satisfaction of our clients.
