Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties across residential properties. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene standards in all areas of the home. Handle changing linens, washing dishing, possible organizing, and folding and putting laundry away. Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining quality standards. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs/concerns. Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Assist with outdoor work when necessary to ensure the overall cleanliness of the property exterior. (Cleaning storm shelters out, sweeping front and back patio areas, washing off patio furniture). Support housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or supply needs promptly. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and use of cleaning materials. Ability to perform lifting and moving items under 30 lbs. safely and handle manual tasks efficiently and proficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete assignments promptly. Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is advantageous but not required. Physical stamina as well as the ability to bend, kneel, be on hands or knees, climb step stools/ladders, or be able to stand for longer periods of time throughout the day while maintaining high-quality standards.
