Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities to ensure a fresh and inviting atmosphere Perform detailed floor care tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the property Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, and linens to meet guest needs promptly and efficiently Maintain public areas by cleaning lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms to uphold the hotel's pristine appearance Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to ensure prompt resolution Adhere to all health and safety regulations while delivering exceptional custodial service Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping within a hotel or hospitality setting is highly desirable Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies to efficiently complete tasks Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts Prior custodial or housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required Embark on a rewarding journey with us where your efforts directly contribute to memorable guest experiences.
