This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional service in a personalized environment, ensuring each residence is spotless, organized, and welcoming. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a comfortable living space for clients. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces as needed Execute detailed cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care to uphold high standards of sanitation and appearance Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care Manage household chores such as organizing supplies, restocking essentials, and maintaining cleanliness in all areas Assist with light cooking duties or meal preparation when required to support household needs Safely perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture, appliances or supplies while adhering to safety protocols Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting surfaces and ensuring proper waste disposal in compliance with health regulations Conduct outdoor work including gardening or yard maintenance if applicable to the residence Support housekeeping management by following schedules and reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles with a focus on detailed cleanliness and organization Strong knowledge of janitorial practices, sanitation procedures, and floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and commercial cleaning methods Excellent manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy objects safely and efficiently Outstanding customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and address their specific needs Ability to manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated schedules without compromising quality Experience in laundry services and custodial work with attention to detail Knowledge of outdoor work routines such as yard work or outdoor cleaning tasks preferred Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards or residential cleaning services highly desirable This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and take pride in delivering top-tier household care.
