Essential Job Functions:
' Coordinates, schedules and supervises cleaning activities and special projects. ' Inspects area of responsibility for quality of work performed, proper maintenance, adequacy of supplies and compliance with hotel safety and quality standards. ' Monitors Room Attendants as they clean rooms and park models; delegates extra duties as necessary; ensures quality standards are met. ' Assigns work areas, completes work assignment paperwork and 'end of day' clean room reports. ' Runs vacant room reports for hotel and RV park periodically and at the end of the day. ' Trains new room attendants and reinforces quality standards with experienced staff. ' Conducts safety training as required. ' Frequently responds to guest and employee questions and situations as required. ' Organizes and stocks Room Attendant carts periodically throughout the shift; stocks storage rooms with supplies. ' Assists with deep cleaning of rooms, park models and periodic cleaning projects when necessary. ' Performs the duties of a Room Attendant when required. ' Assists in scheduling, rewarding, coaching, counseling and evaluating Room Attendants, Housepersons and Laundry Attendants. ' Will provide support to supervisors and will fulfill Supervisor duties in their absence.Spirit Mountain Standards:

' Techniques and methods used in basic housekeeping procedures. ' Safety precautions as they pertain to basic housekeeping procedures. ' Basic computer software and hardware applications. ' MSDS and biohazard chemicals. ' Methods and techniques of guest service. Required Skill in: ' Assessing the cleaning skills of others. ' Determining the difference between clean and dirty areas. ' Performing cleaning techniques. ' Operating computer software and hardware applications. ' Communicating both orally and in writing. ' Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with others.Education, Experience, Licenses, Registrations, and Certifications:
' High School Diploma or equivalent, and two (2) years hotel cleaning work experience, including one (1) year supervisory experience, supervising at least 20 employees or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. ' High security gaming license issued by the Grand Ronde Gaming Commission. ' Must be at least 18 years of age. ' Due to the nature of the interactions with other employees and the public we serve, employees may be required to provide documentation of, or receive, certain health vaccinations.Job Classification:
