Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that our rooms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, managing household chores efficiently, and creating a welcoming environment for clients. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and customer service skills will help us provide outstanding hotel experiences that exceed expectations. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces as needed Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain a hygienic environment, using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment Conduct floor cleaning and care, including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors. Manage laundry services such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens with care Handle manual tasks efficiently Dust surfaces, clean surfaces thoroughly, and ensure all areas are spotless and well-maintained Operate cleaning equipment safely while adhering to health and safety standards Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs and provide personalized service Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas when required through outdoor work experience Follow time management practices to complete tasks promptly without compromising quality Skills Experience in cleaning or housekeeping Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation Ability to clean safely and efficiently Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with customers Skilled in handling cleaning supplies including detergents and chemicals responsibly Experience in laundry services Physical stamina for handling tasks and work load Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks throughout the day Knowledge of hotel or commercial cleaning practices is a plus for versatile experience Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism Join our team as a Housekeeper today!!
