2 weeks PTO, paid major holidays & healthcare allowance About the Family A welcoming family is seeking an experienced, long-term Housekeeper for their approximately 8,000 sq. ft. lakefront home in Lake Oswego. The home has 7 bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, a large gym, high-end furnishings, and a friendly Labrador. The children are all adults and mostly out of the home. Responsibilities Full housekeeping and detailed/deep cleaning Laundry and ironing Dry cleaning management Grocery shopping and household errands Floral arranging and household organization Party/event preparation, assistance, and cleanup Helping coordinate day-to-day household needs Keeping track of household supplies and anticipating when items need to be replenished Organizing and maintaining household systems Taking initiative to identify what needs to be done without waiting for direction Occasional dog sitting or overnight care for additional compensation Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is highly experienced in private-home housekeeping, particularly in large or high-end residences. They should be reliable, discreet, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. The family is looking for someone who can handle the housekeeping responsibilities while also naturally taking on some household-management duties and becoming someone the family can rely on to help keep the home running smoothly. The family prefers someone friendly and personable while remaining professional and respectful.
