Independent Cleaning Contractor - Cora's Coastal Cleaning | Lincoln County, Oregon We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented independent cleaning contractors to work with our growing local cleaning company.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced cleaner—or someone who is hardworking, dependable, and willing to learn—to take on flexible cleaning work with a small, locally owned business. What You'll Do Clean residential homes and vacation rentals Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Complete cleanings thoroughly and efficiently Follow property-specific cleaning instructions and checklists Communicate professionally with clients and our scheduling team Take pride in leaving every property guest- and client-ready What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation Able to work independently Professional and respectful with clients Comfortable using basic cleaning products and equipment Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required Must be able to pass a background check What We Offer Flexible scheduling Start with approximately 5-10 hours per week, with opportunities for additional work as our client base grows Residential and vacation-rental cleaning opportunities Cleaning supplies and equipment provided for assigned jobs Clear cleaning checklists and expectations Support from a locally owned company Opportunities to take on additional cleaning work as availability increases Occasional team lunches, coffee, and drinks A friendly, respectful work environment Contractor Position This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity.
