Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of all rooms and surfaces to meet high standards of hygiene. Execute laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently. Use cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively while adhering to proper sanitation procedures. Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques. Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work with proper safety protocols to ensure efficiency and injury prevention. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service. Manage time effectively to complete scheduled cleaning tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining quality standards. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial or custodial roles preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures. Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and other tools. Ability to implement cleaning and sanitation procedures accurately while following safety guidelines. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday. Experience with laundry operations including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and stain removal. Customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their needs and expectations. Physical capability for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and outdoor work environments. Knowledge of cleaning detergents and proper handling of chemicals to ensure safety for self and clients' homes.
