Job Description

As a Housekeeper with Deerfield Village, you'll interact and engage with residents while in their apartments and throughout the community. You play a key role in creating a well-maintained atmosphere of dignity and respect for our residents and guests by ensuring apartments and common areas are clean, safe, and inviting. Housekeeper:
Preferred experience at hotels, country clubs or other similar high-end senior living communities Desire to work with seniors Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner Reliable transportation and dependable when it comes to showing up on time Sufficient mobility and strength to move freely through the building and to assist transfer or otherwise move residents of facility Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills Ability to detect odors and see spots and spills Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends What you can expect to do as a
Housekeeper:
Manage multiple priorities simultaneously Make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency Cleans (dust, dry mop, wet mop, sanitize, scrub) assigned resident apartments and common areas daily Washes and folds laundry, distributes clean linens and towels and maintains a stocked cleaning cart Demonstrate organizational skills around time management Actively participates as a member of a team and committed to working toward team goals Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living $16.80 - $18.80/hour Depending on
