Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and common areas, adhering to established standards of cleanliness. Conduct detailed floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and polishing surfaces to maintain a pristine environment. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to promote a healthy environment; disinfect surfaces regularly and dispose of waste appropriately. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; notify management when supplies need replenishing or repairs are required. Support housekeeping management in coordinating schedules and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles; janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is highly valued. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, sanitation standards, and laundry procedures. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, bending, and reaching. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results consistently. Good communication skills with a friendly approach to customer service. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments. Prior experience with carpet cleaning or specialized floor care equipment is a plus.
