Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all residential areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces, following established sanitation procedures Implement cleaning routines using appropriate detergents and cleaning equipment to ensure surfaces are sanitized and maintained Clean floors through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to keep them looking their best Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to eliminate dust buildup and improve air quality Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or supplies while adhering to proper ergonomic practices Maintain outdoor work areas by tidying patios or balconies as needed for overall property presentation Experience Proven experience in residential housekeeping or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards Hands-on experience with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and other janitorial tools Knowledge of cleaning detergents and disinfectants along with proper handling and storage practices Ability to communicate effectively with clients regarding their needs and preferences Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday Experience in outdoor work environments is a plus but not required We value hardworking individuals who take pride in their work and excel at maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
