Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a spotless environment. Perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain a polished appearance. Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, linens, and other supplies to meet guest needs efficiently. Conduct routine inspections of rooms and public spaces to identify maintenance issues or cleanliness concerns. Follow established safety procedures during cleaning activities and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly. Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Support hotel management with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel experience is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, polishing, and maintenance. Familiarity with hospitality standards and customer service principles. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently. Prior experience in industrial or large-scale cleaning environments is a plus.
