Job Description
Overview We are seeking a compassionate individual to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to a paraplegic individual in need within their home. Responsibilities
- Assist client with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide assistance with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
- Support clients with physical therapy exercises Requirements
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining client confidentiality
- Ability to launder clothes, cook meals, and perform light housekeeping duties
- Experience or training in home care is a plus
- Willing to be trained by clients 22 year old daughter.
- MUST be able to pass a background check, this IS a Tempus requirement. Will be signed up for Tempus Unlimited for payroll processing. Client is considered employer.
- Client prefers females, as she is more comfortable with them seeing her when needed to help groom and clean up.
- Will be trained in all aspects of this position, but WILL be primarily a cleaning position!
