Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and a passion for providing exceptional service. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Conduct floor care duties including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces as needed. Replace linens, towels, and toiletries in guest rooms while adhering to hotel policies and procedures. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low. Assist in deep cleaning projects as required, including industrial cleaning tasks. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products used in the hospitality industry. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently throughout the shift. Experience in custodial or housekeeping management is a plus.
