Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. This is a full time position. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail, ensuring that every space is immaculate and welcoming. This role involves providing exceptional residential cleaning services, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and delivering outstanding customer service. Start time is 8:00am until about 5:00pm with first house starting at 8:00am and second house starting after lunch break at 1:00pm with an unpaid 1-hour lunch break from 12:00pm-1:00pm. Guaranteed 40 hrs a week Work shirts will be supplied. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established cleaning protocols. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session. Maintain cleanliness in all areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and bedrooms. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and well-maintained for optimal performance. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction with services rendered. Qualifications Atleast 2 years experience in residential cleaning. Must have a drivers license and working vehicle. Must have a clean background. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and products, particularly for carpets and floors. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Must have a professional appearance and outgoing personality since we are dealing with in person customers in the comfort of their own home. you will be supplied with work shirts.
