Position Summary At Morningside, our Housekeepers help create the warm, welcoming feeling that makes our communities feel like home. As a Housekeeper, you'll take pride in maintaining clean, comfortable apartments and common areas for the residents and families who count on us every day.

various hours available Key Responsibilities 1. Cleaning & Apartment Readiness Perform general cleaning assignments in apartments, hallways, and common areas. Prepare apartments for move-in as assigned. Participate in annual cleaning schedules. 2. Safety & Equipment Care Use cleaning chemicals properly and safely in accordance with department guidelines. Keep housekeeping carts and vacuums clean and in good working order. Participate in the energy awareness program. Help maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents and the preservation of equipment. 3. Team & Community Standards Inform your supervisor of any pertinent resident issues or concerns. Bring a positive, professional attitude to interactions with residents, visitors, families, and fellow team members. Attend required training and stay current with Morningside's standards, policies, and procedures. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating a clean, comfortable home for residents. Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Skills & Competencies Comfortable performing hands-on cleaning tasks throughout the day. Strong attention to detail and consistent cleaning standards. Safe, proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Respectful, discreet presence while working in and around residents' homes. Positive, professional demeanor with residents, families, and coworkers.
