Job Description

Responsibilities Clean and service assigned hotel public areas according to franchise and hotel standards. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, meeting rooms, and other guest-facing areas. Set up, arrange, and break down meeting and event spaces as needed. Assist with guest room turnover and room inspections when required. Deliver guest-requested items such as towels, linens, toiletries, and amenities to guest rooms in a timely manner. Handle guest requests and complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction. Fold, organize, and distribute laundry and linens as needed. Report maintenance deficiencies, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items promptly. Complete deep-cleaning and seasonal cleaning projects as scheduled. Restock housekeeping carts, supply closets, and storage areas at the end of each shift. Follow all housekeeping procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols. Maintain the confidentiality and security of guest rooms and hotel property. Perform other duties as assigned. Responsibilities Clean hotel public areas as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness. Responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints. Ensures the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms. Qualifications Minimum one year cleaning experience; previous hotel experience preferred. Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding. Knowledge of proper chemical handling. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
