Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards Replace linens, towels, and amenities in guest rooms Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and mop floors Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor Restock housekeeping carts with supplies and linens Follow all health and safety regulations Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests Handle guest requests promptly and professionally Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms and information

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and time management skills Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 25 lbs Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts Basic understanding of English or the local language
